For the last several years, our women's ministry Fashion, has been producing small group material for our women here locally and beyond. From Once Ruthless to Unearthed, Trailblazers to Dear Daughters, each study we've produced has been in hopes to connect women with their Creator, the One who's fashioned them according to His likeness. In fact, the Scripture that's been at the core of our ministry has always been Psalm 119:73:

Your hands have made me and fashioned me; Give me understanding, that I may learn Your commandments.
— Psalm 119:73 s(NKJV)

Our prayer is that every women would know their value in Christ and then fulfill their purpose in life. No matter what we face we've all been uniquely designed for the purpose of God and His kingdom. We love to live, and we live to love! As we kick off our newest study, Flawless, we're continuing in our journey with God and what He has for our lives. One of the promises found in Ezekiel is what we're basing this study off of.

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.
— - Ezekiel 36:26 (NKJV)

No matter what you've faced in your life, the chances are something has affected your heart. It could be as big as losing a loved one to as small as letting an co-worker get under your skin. If we're honest these situations affect our hearts in different ways. Frustration, resentment, bitterness, jealousy, and so much more wrestle against who God created us to be. From the beginning God created humans to be flawless, perfect reflections of who He is. But after sin entered the world, this image was lost. And since that day in the Garden (Genesis 3) we've been trying to cover up our imperfections on our own.

It's in that dilemma that God speaks Ezekiel 36:26 over our lives. He promises to give us a new heart! He takes what's battered and bruised, what's been bent out of shape and makes it brand new. We can't fix ourselves, we need Him to step in and make us new. It's His heart for us to live a flawless life, one without blemishes or spots.

As we embark on another journey together, let's believe that God will make us new. He'll create in us clean hearts and restore us to our original design. Our ups and downs in life are no match for the One that holds life in His hands. He's our Father, and He's created us to be flawless.
